Submission by email is encouraged. Files should be in Word .doc or plain text .txt format using a minimum of text formatting. Figures need to be send in as separate image files, preferably submitted as .jpg or .gif files,.

The submitted article should include the following:

• Title of the paper;
• Initials, surname and degrees/titles of the author(s);
• Name of the department and institution/hospital;
• Abstract (maximum of 200 words);
• The article preferably formatted according with the 'Vancouver style'.
• The editors of the NeSECC Journal assume that the underlying studies of the submitted papers have the approval of a local ethical committee where relevant.

Whenever a submitted article concerns any commercially available product the author must provide the editors of the NeSECC Journal with a statement indicating that he or she has no interest, financially or other, with the product and/or the manufacturer/distributor of the product.

All articles submitted for publication are assumed to be submitted exclusively to the NeSECC Journal. The author should notify the editors of the NeSECC Journal if the submitted material has been published elsewhere. It is the responsibility of the author to obtain authorization to re-publish the submitted material at the NeSECC Journal online website.
